We’ve discussed doing 20 – 30 minutes of moderate exercise during Shake Days. Exercise helps boost metabolism, which aids your body in healthy fat burning. If you have not exercised regularly during the last few months, you may want to start exercising after you’ve completed your first 9-Day System.

The flip side of exercising regularly is taking time to rest and rejuvenate after exercise. You should also nourish your body with water, protein and the healthy carbohydrates in fruits and vegetables to help the body recover and prepare for the next exercise session.
