Before you go shopping, give away or throw out any unhealthy food that may tempt you to stray from the system.

Next shop for fresh, whole foods and produce - organic is preferred.

Have fun with this shopping experience. Try new fruits and vegetables for your Pre-Cleanse and Shake Days. On Cleanse Days, almonds, fruits and vegetables that are low on the glycemic scale are a must: apples, berries, pears, broccoli and celery.
