It's a great day to Cleanse

Cleansing is all about removing impurities to increase the health of your body. At Isagenix® we've received questions about how to help the process be even more effective and we have terrific tips to share with you.
As we mentioned in yesterday's e-mail, one of the ways your body rids itself of impurities is through breathing. Since you’re cleansing, you may not want to stress your body with vigorous exercise, but deep breathing is a good idea.
Set aside a few minutes, at least twice a day, to take 10 - 20 deep, cleansing breaths in and out. Stand straight, and then draw your breath in as deeply as you’re able. Imagine that you are filling your lungs completely, from the bottom to the top. Hold your breath for a count of three then slowly expel the breath completely. Count to three then draw a deep breath into your lungs and repeat this process at least three times.
You may also feel energized from this simple exercise.
A sauna can help you accelerate the removal of impurities. Be cautious and keep in mind that you're losing water and other nutrients while you're perspiring. If you're concerned about using a sauna, please check with your health care provider beforehand. If you're a first-time sauna user, do not start today.
If you decide to use a sauna, limit your time to 10 minutes, even if you're experienced. Always have your water bottle with you. If you feel light-headed or nauseous, stop immediately. If the feelings persist, contact a physician.
The last suggestion for you is to drink your daily requirement of water (half your body weight in ounces) to help improve the process of cleansing.
