It’s time to taper—

In other words, it's time to get serious and decrease the non-nutritional foods and drinks that you haven't yet eliminated from your daily diet.

If you're still drinking diet soda or coffee, today would be an ideal time to quit or drastically reduce your intake. By changing your habits now, you'll help make your upcoming Cleanse Day easier to complete.

Replace your morning coffee with herbal tea or water. Iced herbal tea is a great substitute for soda. If pure water is too plain, add a squeeze of organic lemon or orange for a subtle flavor and fragrance.
