IsaDiary 30-Day System
Welcome to your first Shake day!
Your first six days on the system will lead up to your first Cleanse Day and help prepare your body to get the best results from the 30-Day System. You're beginning a process that will help you regain optimum health and maintain a healthy weight.

Today you'll drink two IsaLean® Shakes and eat one 400 - 600 calorie meal. You can have up to two healthy snacks, (check your System Guide for suggestions).

Weigh yourself and take measurements today to have a starting point to track your progress. Check your System Guide for instructions on how to take measurements. Record your numbers on your System Guide or in a journal; then put away your scale and tape measure for five days.

A journal is an excellent way to track your cleansing experience, what worked and what didn't. You may also want to take a photo at the beginning of your health and weight loss journey to compare to the "new you" at various times throughout the system.

Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of purified water throughout the day.

Moderate exercise (20 - 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise) is recommended.

Early morning
We suggest that you drink your first shake shortly after you awaken in the morning. It's fine to add one-quarter cup of fresh or frozen berries to your shake, but be cautious not to add too many calories.

Blend your shake for 10 - 15 seconds with purified water. Blend in ice if desired. There are active enzymes in your shake to help with digestive health and nutrient absorption. Drink your shake within 10 minutes of mixing.

Mid-morning
If you're hungry, have an organic apple, one or two pieces of IsaDelight™ or 5 – 6 unsalted almonds, (your System Guide has more suggestions.) Take one Natural Accelerator™ capsule with your snack or with water.

Lunch
Many people eat their meal during lunch to help break up the two shakes. If you prefer, you can eat your meal for dinner.

Eat 4 - 6 ounces of lean protein, one serving of whole grains and as many raw or steamed vegetables as you want. Skip the full-fat dressings, fatty sauces or butter—try fresh-squeezed lemon instead. Consult your System Guide for healthy meal suggestions.

For convenience, consider planning your menu of healthy meals for the week.

Mid-afternoon
If you're hungry, have a piece of fruit, a few stalks of celery or unsalted almonds. Take one Natural Accelerator™ capsule with your snack or with water.

Dinner
You’ll either be eating your second shake or your meal for the day.
